Your body will tell you what it needs each day if you give it the time to listen. Here's how you can use classes to tune into your body.
Soul Sculpt
Sculpt is high energy, good vibes all around. This class blends pilates inspired movements and dynamic strength. The music is louder, more upbeat and you will sweat right out of the gate. Sculpt challenges you and builds stamina mimicking a HIIT workout while still being low impact. Perfect when you have lots of energy especially during the first half of your cycle.
Inferno Flow
For the days you want a feel good, soul lifting, good vibes workout. Inferno is the seamless blend of strength, low impact sculpting, unique mobility flows and light cardio. It's gentle enough to do 3-4x a week allowing for active recovery while still being a highly effective and euphoric workout. Inferno is intuitive, soul stirring and beat driven to get you out of your thinking and into your FEELING.
Revive
Your feel good mobility flow. This class is perfect when you need a gentle boost of energy. It seamlessly blends juicy mobility, yoga postures and low impact cardio dance to get your blood flowing and body open. No strength in this class, its great when you’re feeling run down or really sore.
Soul Strength
Heavier weights and slower, deliberate reps. This upbeat class focuses on building heat, strength, and endurance while maintaining mindful form and flow - with the unique feel of all Soul Sculpt classes. Perfect for anyone ready to build sustainable strength and reshape their body from home.
Soul Flow
Soul Flow is a more invigorating yoga practice. Higher energy but same good vibes as Revive, with more strength work mixed in. This class is perfect when you want a challenge while still using the breath to movement mindfulness.
Slow & Spicy
This one is gonna buuuuuurrrnnn. Deep, intentional, slow movements. Music is slower paced (because it's still beat driven) longer holds, deeper awareness. Slow & Spicy is the perfect way to restore the body through building connection to muscles you didn’t realize you had. Perfect for beginners or advanced movers who want to deepen their mind body connection.
Class Descriptions
Classes will have a title like “Inferno X Strength” “Sculpt X Slow & Spicy” or “Inferno X Slow & Spicy” to give you a good idea of what the class vibe is like.
Every video description will have the optional equipment. Keep in mind every single class can be done with no equipment! I will also give you options of things you can use at home, like a pillow instead of Pilates ball, cans of soup instead of dumbells, laundry detergent instead of a heavier weight.
