Meet Emery Lu
After teaching yoga and fitness classes for the better part of a decade I realized that sustainable and soulful results start at home. Living in a way that bring real results to real life, I wanted to create that for you. Soul Sculpt is the method I created to heal from a Spinal Fusion, a postpartum season, and the expectation of having to be at the gym OR a yoga studio five days a week to see lasting change.
My approach to fitness is fun, energetic and down to earth. In any of my classes you can expect to be led by a little humor, a lot of heart and a good beat drop.
