All you need for this class is a set of lighter dumbbells! (but dont under estimate this one it will challenge you for sure!!

You will need one set of dumbbells for this workout! Be sure to pick a weight that feels challenging BUT that you can successfully complete the reps without sacrificing your form. THE WORKOUTS  3 Sets / 8 Reps  Squat -> Bicep Curl ->Shoulder Press Reverse Nordic -> Bicep Curl  Plank Rows  Lat Pulls  Bridge Chest press
