Soul Sculpt Live - 92 Equipment: (Optional) Ankle Weights, Booty Band, Light Dumbbells This is a GREAT full body class, with lower intensity. You can make this even more low intensity if you want to remove the weights ad band OR if you want a little more for this one feel free to up your weight by a couple pounds. Always remember to make it work for YOU and what your body needs. This is one of my favorite classes so far. Very Mellow start, slow build and slow burn, just a couple songs with higher energy for the standing booty portion and then a good long slow and juicy cool down. This class was one of those I walked away from with that distinct feeling of being ALIVE. It perfectly flowed from the low impact burn to flowing mobility and weaved it back to the burn. Restorative Sculpt and Flow LIVE - 91
Restorative Sculpt and Flow Equipment: Two Blocks One Dumbbell (Im using 10lbs) This class has a LOOOONNNGGGGG slow and intentional warm up. Lots of gentle hip, spine and hamstring opening to get the body warm. Now dont let the restorative in the name fool you, YES, there are tons of restorative and mobility options in the class - BUT we are also restoring the body with strength, stability and SLOW SPICY reps. This was one of my FAV live classes ever. I walked away from this one feeling like a million bucks, and the next day, my booty and abs were SOO sore in the best spots.

Don’t get it twisted this one is still going to sculpt you and slay you, BUT this is a wonderful mindful class to do on days you need to slow it down a little more and tune into your body. Full Body Sculpt (Booty Band, Blocks and Dumbbells) Equipment for this class: -Booty band -Dumbbells (I used 2 5lb weights) -Two Yoga blocks (squishy blocks are better for this particular class if you have them, but hard cork blocks will work! You may just want a little cushion for your knees) I LOVED this full body sculpt it really does hit all the stops. This one is a good VIBE with a little energy without being high intensity. Yall know I especially love when the sculpt flows from one move to the next 🤌🏻 This one mixes low impact booty sculpting, mobility flows and a GOOD upper body and back section, like I said we hit all the stops on this one. So fun, funky and unique I know you will love this full body inferno as much as I did. Lots of unique combos, mixed perfectly with the sculpt you love and mobility weaved in this one hit all the stops. Optional equipment dumbbells (Im using 5lbs) + Ankle weights but remember you can do this class with just body weight and it will still be a great workout. Whether you don't have the equipment, OR you need a little less impact for the day bodyweight is just fine with this workout! You don't want to miss this slow and intense BURN!! Clocking in at under 50 minutes this is a great full body class with LOTS of slow intentional small muscle fiber burn. Mixed in with lower body, plenty of core work and a lot of hip mobility you will definitely be challenged in this class! One of my fav live classes so far. It was so much fun!! This live class absolutely FLEW by! It felt so incredible. This full body Soul Sculpt comes in at just 52 minutes and works just enough of everything with LOTS of flow, mobility and laughs today. At the end of this class I literally felt like we were flying through the clouds a must try!

Soul Sculpt (With Lots of Flow) Live - 58
This one is the perfect mix of sculpt and flow (IMO 😜) - lots of breath integration, a killer low impact cardio dance section that will leave you EUPHORIC the rest of the day - this class mixes it all and you will be feeling that deep connection with yourself that Soul Sculpt is all about. Optional Equipment for this class booty band and light weights (im using 3lbs but feel free to go lighter or heavier depending on what you need for the day!) AS ALWAYS - this class can be done and will be just as effective with just body weight if you don't have equipment at home OR if you want a little lighter impact for your personal practice.

Don't sleep on this full live class! I love Soul Sculpt live because it is a mix of all of the class styles I have up on the website. In an hour long class we have the time we need to mix in all of the elements together without it feeling rushed. Live classes are the entire inspiration behind the Soul Sculpt method and this is one of my FAVORITE classes I have ever taught to date. This class does weave in more advanced elements so it is challenging but I promise you if you stick with me until the very end you will FEEL that SOUL feeling this is all about. Equipment for this workout 1 set of lighter dumbbells (1-3lbs) and one heavier set (5-20lbs)
